Deli roast beef, onion and green pepper are flavored with Worcestershire and Montreal steak seasoning, then spooned into baked wonton cups and topped with provolone. Serve these as appetizers or as a main dish.

  • Servings: 6

Nonstick Spray Coating, such as pam
36 Won Ton Wrappers
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Large Onion, chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 lb Deli Sliced Roast Beef, cut into small pieces
Salt & Pepper
1 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups Shredded Provolone Cheese
Steak Sauce, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For won ton cups, spray three, 12-cup muffin pans (medium size; a total of 36 cups) with Pam. Press one won ton wrapper in each cup. Bake won tons for 5 minutes and remove from oven. TIP: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE 3 MUFFIN PANS OR ENOUGH ROOM IN YOUR OVEN, YOU CAN BAKE 12 CUPS AT A TIME. CAREFULLY REMOVE AND TRANSFER TO A LARGE SHALLOW BAKING PAN. Heat vegetable oil in large pan over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper and cook about 5 minutes until softened. Sprinkle beef with salt, pepper and steak seasoning. Add beef and Worcestershire to pan; cook about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and drain. Stuff each won ton with about a tablespoon of beef mixture; sprinkle with Provolone Cheese. Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes. Optional: Top with steak sauce.
