|1 jar||Spaghetti Sauce|
|1 lb||Meat, italian sausage, pepperoni, or ground beef|
|2 cups||Assorted Vegetables, onions, peppers, mushrooms|
|1 pkg||Shredded Mozzarella Cheese|
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. If using Italian sausage or ground beef, brown in a skillet and drain oil. Spread one tablespoon of spaghetti sauce on each slice of bread. Top with a layer of meat, a layer of vegetables, and a layer of cheese. Place on a cookie sheet and bake until cheese melts.
This is a great treat and kids love it. You can make as much or as little as you need. The recipe is versatile. For vegetarian pizza bread, substitute the meats with mushrooms, peppers, and onions. It's also very quick. It takes about 15-20 minutes to make including prep time.
