Scrambled eggs, bacon and tomatoes on a pizza, all topped off with shredded cheddar cheese and lettuce.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza shell
  • 6 eggs or egg beaters
  • 1 package turkey bacon
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • Handful shredded lettuce
  • Tomato sliced thin, enough to cover crust

Method

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scramble eggs or egg beaters until fluffy. Fry turkey bacon until crisp. Layer tomato slices on pizza crust. Spread scrambled eggs on top. Place bacon strips over eggs. Cover with shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with a little Tabasco sauce. Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with shredded lettuce before serving.

 

Notes: Tabasco sauce can be omitted if not a personal favorite. Also tastes great using American cheese
