Pizza

This pizza is authentic--right down to the yeast dough pizza crust.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2-3 cups sauce
- 2 capfuls olive oil
- Pinch salt
- 2-3 cups flour, as needed
- 16 oz shredded cheese
- Italian sausage, pepperoni or other pizza toppings of your choice

Method
Place water in mixing bowl, add yeast and stir to dissolve. Add 1/2 cup four to start, and then add salt, oil and more flour until mixture is smooth and it forms a large ball. Knead and add flour to keep it from getting sticky. Grease a large mixing bowl and grease surface of pizza ball. Place in mixing bowl, cover with a cloth, and set in warm place for 1/2 hour. Allow to double in size. When ready grease two cookie sheets and spread dough over sheets using greased hands. Work from center pushing dough to edges. Cover with sauce, Italian sausage, pepperoni, or other toppings of your choice. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
