Quick and Easy Meat and Cheese Ravioli Lasagna

Mix meat and cheese ravioli as your pasta layer and add your other favorite lasagna ingredients for this simple dinner.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen meat ravioli
  • 1 package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 can spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tblsp Italian seasoning

Method

Place ravioli in a pan of boiling water, first the cheese ravioli, then the meat ravioli. Blanch for 5 minutes in a 9 x 9 cake pan. Layer some spaghetti sauce, then meat ravioli, then sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan, then cheese ravioli, then mushrooms and onions. Add more sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan. Top with the remaining ravioli, mixing meat and cheese to this layer. Top with remaining sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
