|1 can||Refrigerated Pizza Dough|
|1½ cups||Shredded Mozzarella Cheese|
|Packaged Sliced Pepperoni|
|2||Red Bell Peppers, chopped|
Open canister of pizza dough; spray nonstick cooking spray on a large cookie sheet, then press pizza dough out on cookie sheet. Follow instructions on pizza dough canister for baking a few minutes before adding ingredients. Spread several spoonfuls of ricotta cheese (as you wish) over the partially-baked pizza dough; add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and bell peppers. Bake according to instructions on pizza dough canister. Cut with pizza cutter when done.
I love this pizza, it's so yummy, and doesn't have the definite tang that most pizza sauces have, because you are using only ricotta cheese instead.
