Roasted BBQ Tators

These potatoes make a great addition to a cookout and they are easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes, soaked and scrubbed
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup grape jelly
- 1 tbsp steak sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Few drops hot sauce
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Method
Soak whole potatoes for one hour in water mixed with salt and lemon juice and drain. Slice potatoes in small slices about 1/2 inch thick and let dry for 5 minutes. Layer potatoes on large cookie sheet while brushing each layer generously with BBQ mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour on a well greased cookie sheet. BBQ Mixture: Combine BBQ sauce, jelly, steak sauce, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Add in hot melted butter slowly while whisking, making sure not to break the sauce.
Notes: Prepare the potatoes ahead of time and make this recipe in a snap.
