Roasted Grape Chutney

- Total Time: about 1 hr.
Ingredients:
| 1 cup | Seedless Red Grapes, havled |
| 1 cup | Seedless Green Grapes, havled |
| 1 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 1 Tbsp | Red Wine Vinegar |
| 1 tsp | Dried Thyme |
| ½ tsp | Kosher Salt |
| ¼ tsp | Pepper |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425*
Stir together all ingredients. Spread grape mixture on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 20 mins. or until grapes begin to shrivel.
Remove from oven, and let cool 30 mins. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
