These potatoes make a great addition to a cookout and they are easy to prepare.
Soak whole potatoes for one hour in water mixed with salt and lemon juice and drain. Slice potatoes in small slices about 1/2 inch thick and let dry for 5 minutes. Layer potatoes on large cookie sheet while brushing each layer generously with BBQ mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour on a well greased cookie sheet.
BBQ Mixture:
Combine BBQ sauce, jelly, steak sauce, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Add in hot melted butter slowly while whisking, making sure not to break the sauce.
Notes:
Prepare the potatoes ahead of time and make this recipe in a snap.
