Scalloped Potatoes

Tender potatoes baked in a casserole dish with a cheese sauce.
Ingredients
- 5-8 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1c. milk
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4c. water
- 1c. cheddar cheese, grated
- salt & pepper
- 2 tsp. onion, grated

Method
Place potatoes in well oiled baking dish; heat other ingredients in saucepan & pour over potatoes. Cover & bake in oven at 375 degrees until potatoes are soft & tops are brown.
