Ingredients:
| 1 lb | Uncooked Shrimp or Prawns |
| 3 Tbsp | Chopped Garlic |
| 3 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
| 3 Tbsp | Sour Cream |
| 2 | Large Chipotle Peppers In Adobe Sauce |
| 8 Tbsp | Fresh Cilantro |
| ½ | Large Bermuda Onion |
| 4 stalks | Celery |
| 1 | Avocado, cut into little bite sized pieces |
| 1 | Chopped Jalapeno Pepper, with seeds |
| Baguette |
Directions:
Cut shrimp into bite sized pieces and saute with chopped garlic in a nonstick pan. Puree mayonnaise, sour cream and chipotle peppers in medium mixing bowl. Add shrimp and garlic mixture then add remaining ingredients and chill. Serve on thinly sliced toasted baguette.
