Ingredients:
| 8 oz | Salmon-flavored Cream Cheese |
| 1 Tbsp | Lemon Juice |
| 1 Tbsp | Hot Horseradish |
| 1 tsp | Dried Dill |
| Rich Round Crackers, about 2 sleeves | |
| 3 oz | Nova Smoked Salmon |
| 1 | Large Shallot Thinly Sliced, and made into rings |
| 3 Tbsp | Capers |
Directions:
In a bowl combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, and dill.
On each cracker spread about 1 rounded teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.
Top with one small piece of salmon, shallot ring, then a few capers.
Helpful Tips:
This easily converts into a hot appetizer with the same ingredients and just the addition of a tube of crescent rolls: Combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, and dill. Chop the shallots finely. Spread the dough with cream cheese mixture, arrange the Nova salmon on top. Sprinkle with the shallots and capers. Roll up slice, and bake at 375° for 15 to 18 minutes.
