Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken

This chicken is cooked so perfectly that it will pull right off of the bone. The smoked paprika and chili powder add a great burst of flavor to these sandwiches.

  • Servings: 6

Ingredients:

2 lb Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, with excess fat trimmed
1 cup Barbecue Sauce
½ cup Chopped Onion
1 tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Paprika or Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Salt

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir to coat chicken. Cook on high heat for 3 hours, or until chicken is very tender. Remove chicken and shred with forks. Return to cooker and heat another 5 minutes. Serve hot on hamburger buns.
