Ingredients:
| 2 lb | Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, with excess fat trimmed |
| 1 cup | Barbecue Sauce |
| ½ cup | Chopped Onion |
| 1 tsp | Chili Powder |
| ½ tsp | Paprika or Smoked Paprika |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir to coat chicken. Cook on high heat for 3 hours, or until chicken is very tender. Remove chicken and shred with forks. Return to cooker and heat another 5 minutes. Serve hot on hamburger buns.
