Smoked Turkey Avocado Club Sandwich

A whole grain club sandwich spread with a lemon mayonnaise and using smoked turkey slices, avocado, crispy bacon, and strips of roasted red peppers.

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
ΒΌ cup Mayonnaise
3 slices Whole Grain Bread, toasted
2 oz Smoked Turkey
1 Small Ripe Avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
3 slices Bacon, cooked crisp
Small Strips Roasted Red Pepper

Directions:

Mix together lemon juice and mayonnaise. Spread 1 slice bread with lemon mayo; add smoked turkey

and 3 slices avocado. Top with next slice of bread spread with lemon mayo; add bacon and red pepper. Top with remaining slice of bread.
