Cubed, cooked chicken is combined with poppy seed dressing, spooned onto slices of bread, and topped with grapes and alfalfa sprouts.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add the dressing to coat completely. (If you like a moister salad, use more dressing.) Layer half of the chicken salad onto bottom slice of bread. Next add the sliced red grapes. Top with sprouts and the remaining bread. Repeat proceedure for second sandwich.
