Homemade pasta sauce is simple, economical and delicious--just mix canned tomatoes with garlic and spices, add to pasta and top with cheese.

Pour tomatoes with juice in a medium saucepan. Crush tomatoes with fingers, taking off ends. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then turn down and simmer until pasta is ready. Be sure to stir so pasta does not stick to pot. Drain pasta then top with sauce and grated cheese.
Quick and easy Dinner. Ready in 30 minutes or less. Serve with garlic bread, salad and wine.
