Spicy Shredded Beef

Ingredients:
| a 3 Lb Roast, i used an arm roast | |
| Chili- Infused Olive Oil | |
| 1 | Packet Taco Seasoning |
| 1 can | Diced Tomatoes With Chilies |
| Salt & Pepper, to taste | |
| ************************** | |
| Brown Rice | |
| Whole Wheat Tortillas | |
| Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese |
Directions:
Pan sear the roast in the chili-infused olive oil to brown, then put into your crock pot. Pour entire package of taco seasoning over the top, then add 1 can undrained diced tomatoes with chilies. Cook on LOW for 8 - 10 hours. Remove roast, shred the meat. I made brown rice on the side and used the tomato/ sauce from the roast to pour over the cooked rice. Great flavors! Don't waste it!
I served the shredded beef, topped with the shredded Pepper Jack cheese, on whole wheat tortillas.
