Strawberry Tossed Salad

This mixture of greens with cheese, strawberries and toasted walnuts is tossed with a sweet-tart dressing of vinegar, sugar, oil and a little garlic.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cider or red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. EACH salt and paprika
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 cups torn mixed greens
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup (4-oz.) Sargento Salad Creations with Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 1/2 cup chopped, toasted walnuts

Method
Mix first 7 ingredients in jar with lid; shake well to make dressing. In salad bowl combine remaining ingredients; drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
