Creamy Alfredo sauce is a great match for these chicken and cheese stuffed shells. This is a great addition to any potluck and perfect for dinner.

  • Servings: 30 shells

½ pkg Jumbo Pasta Shells
1 jar Alfredo Sauce
4 oz Cooked Chicken
Garlic Salt
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
⅓ cup Yellow Onion
2 Green Onions
Roasted Red Bell Pepper

In a large pot, heat water to a boil, add a tsp of salt, then add jumbo shells. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes or until soft and drain hot water. Replace hot water with cold water to cool the pasta. Chop chicken and cook with garlic salt in a sauce pan until fully cooked. In a medium bowl, mix together the mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, chopped onions, chopped bell peppers and cooked chicken. In a baking dish, coat bottom of dish with Alfredo sauce. Spoon mixture into each jumbo shell and place seam side down in the dish. Continue until mixture is gone. Top shells with Alfredo sauce until shells are completely coated. Finish with Parmesan cheese on top and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes.
