Swiss Broccoli Stuffing

Swiss cheese, broccoli and carrots in a creamy sauce and topped with herb flavored bread stuffing.
Ingredients
- 1 can creamy chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 1/4 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 6 oz pkg shredded Swiss cheese

Method
Combine soup, sour cream, flour, 3/4 cup herb stuffing mix and shredded carrots. Add broccoli and Swiss cheese then mix together. Place in a buttered 2 qt casserole dish. In a separate bowl, toss 1 1/2 cups stuffing mix with butter and spoon over mixture in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Notes: Honestly, this is what I got when I started mixing things out of my pantry and freezer. Believe it or not, it is just so darn good.
