This casserole is simple to prepare and is great for kids and adults alike. Cream of mushroom soup really adds great flavor to the beef and tater tots.

  • Servings: 4-6


1 lb Hamburger
½-1 bag Tater Tots
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown and drain hamburger. Grease a 9 X 9 baking dish. Press hamburger into a pan. Cover hamburger with a layer or 2 of tater tots. Spoon cream of mushroom soup over tater tots and cook 45 minutes. Take out of oven, cover with shredded cheese and cook an additional 15 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
