Texas Meatloaf

Ingredients:
| 2lb | Ground Chuck |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 1 can | Rotel & Green Chile Blend |
| 1 cup | Mexican Shredded Cheese |
| 1 | Half Large Onion, finely chopped |
| 4 | Green Onions, i use a scissors to cut those |
| 1 pkg | Your Fav Meatloaf Seasoning Packet |
| 1 cup | Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Bbq Sauce |
| 1 cup | Your Fav Breadcrumbs, more or less, depending on the eye |
| 1 Tbsp | Garlic Powder |
| As Much Salt As You See Fit |
Directions:
Just mix all that stuff together for the loaf...do whatever it is you do to make your meatloaf, and loaf it. Baste some more of the Sweet Baby Ray's on it, and cook it in the oven on a rack at 350 till it's done and baste more Bbq sauce on it if it needs it. I tend to turn up the oven toward the end to give it a good browning at the end, and Presto!
