Tiffany's Curry Chicken

This chicken dish gets it's flavor from a nice ix of seasonings--very low fat and healthy.
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut up
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Lawrey's seasoning salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp paparika
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon seasoning
- Cooking oil

Method
Place chicken in a large zip-loc bag. After adding the chicken, add all of the seasonings to the bag. Shake until the chicken is coated evenly. Next place your chicken into a deep non-stick skillet and place the skillet on a med-high stove with a small amount of oil. Once on the stove add your onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook on med-high for about 30 min or until juices run clear.
Notes: Serve with rice.
