A very healthy spicy chicken with black beans, tomatoes, green beans, onion and pepper.
Mix seasonings and use to coat chicken, making sure the chicken is coated evenly. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet on med-high. Saute chiken for a few minutes. Then and add onions, bell peppers and cook together for 2 mininutes. Drain green beans, black beans,and diced tomatoes and add to chicken. Cook on med-high for about 10 mins then turn heat down to medium. Let cook for about 20 more mins or until juices of chicken run clear.
Notes:
Serve over rice.
