Tomale Pie

This tasty casserole takes a traditional food and turns it into a family style dish. This is simple to prepare and perfect for a potluck.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 packages taco seasoning
- 2 can corn, drained
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 box cornbread mix

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger and drain. Add taco seasoning, corn and tomatoes. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Pour ingredients into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Mix cornbread according to directions. Pour over meat mixture and bake 20-25 minutes.
