Tuna Mac


Elbow macaroni is combined with canned tuna, canned vegetables, celery soup, cheddar cheese and milk, and baked until heated through.



Ingredients:

  • 8 oz box elbow macaroni
  • 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans tuna (water-packed)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can Veg-all mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Method

Prepare elbow macaroni according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese. Mix together cheese, drained tuna, milk, soup, Veg-all and cooked macaroni. Spread in a round casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until heated through. Add reserved cheese to top for the last few minutes of baking.

Notes: My kids love this recipe!
