Turkey Stuffin Muffins

Use holiday leftovers to top English muffins and create an easy meal.
Ingredients
- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
- 1/4 cup Dijon-mustard
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 2 cups cooked diced turkey
- 2 cups turkey gravy
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
Preheat oven to 375. Arrange split and toasted English muffin halves on baking sheet. Top with ingredients in order given, reserving Parmesan. Bake 15 to 17 minutes to warm ingredients through. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until cheese is golden.
Notes: This is a super quick super tasting way to use up leftovers. It'll make you wish the holidays were year round!
