|Blend Two 15 Oz. Can of “bush’s” Turnip Greens (chopped & Drained) With|
|Salt & Pepper, to taste|
|1× 10 oz. can||Mushroom Soup|
|3 tsp||Wine Vinegar|
|4||Eggs Slightly Beaten|
Mix everything together, then pour into a cassrole dish.
Cover with bread crumbs & grated cheese
Bake one hour at 350 degrees
She has one of those big square Corning Ware casserole dishes whe uses. It is probable 12x12, so I imagine a 9x 13 pan would do the trick.
