Tzatziki Dipping Sauce

This combination of sour cream, cucumber, and garlic makes tzatziki a refreshing appetizer to serve with vegetables, bread or meat dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb thick sour cream
- 1 medium cucumber
- 9 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Fresh dill

Method
Place sour cream in a deep bowl. Grind cucumber into small chunks in a food processor. Remove cucumber from food processor and squeeze out water; add to sour cream. Chop garlic and add to bowl. Add salt to taste, dill in fine pieces, and the wine vinegar. Mix it all together carefully. Don't beat it because the sour cream will become watery. Chill for an hour prior to serving.
Notes: This tzatziki dipping sauce is good for all meats, breads, crackers, and vegetables. You can also serve it with potato chips.
