Unstuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
| 1½ lb | Ground Beef |
| 2 tsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 | Teas. Lawry's Seasoned Salt |
| 1 | Teas. |
| Black Pepper | |
| 2 | Large Bell Peppers, any color, diced |
| 1 | Whole Yellow Onion,diced |
| 2 cup | Beef Gravy or Cream of Chicken or Tomato Soup |
| 3 cup | Diced Tomatoes |
| 3 tsp | White Wine Vinegar |
| 1½ cup | Cooked White or Brown Rice |
| 4 | Pita Pockets |
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown ground beef; drain and return to skillet. Stir in W. sauce,seasoned salt and black pepper, bell peppers,onion and gravy or soup. Simmer until peppers are tender, about 15 minutes. Add tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat and add wine vinegar and rice. Stir until blended. Slice pita pockets in half. Spoon beef mixture into pita half and serve.
