Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Simple ingredients make a great base for your favorite pizza ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 package yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
Combine all ingredients. Use a bread machine on dough cycle, or mix and knead by hand. Knead until everything is blended and smooth. Add more water, if needed. Let rise in a warm place until doubled. Punch down and separate into two balls then let it rise again. Roll out into a circle, on a well floured, or greased surface. Or roll it out right onto a pan or stone.
Notes: This also makes nice soft dinner rolls.
