Ingredients:
| 8 oz | Jumbo Shells Pasta |
| 1 lb | Ground Turkey |
| 5 slices | Turkey Bacon, finely sliced |
| 1½ Tbsp | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1 cup | Fresh Baby Spinach |
| ½ cup | Chopped Onion |
| 1 clove | Garlic, finely chopped |
| 1 tsp | Italian Seasoning |
| ¼ cup | Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 1 cup | Shredded Cheese, any flavor |
| 1 jar | (26oz) Tomato Sauce, roasted garlic is always a favorite |
| Salt & Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Cook shells according to package directions; drain.
While pasta is cooking, cook ground turkey and bacon in olive oil until just a few pink pieces remain. Add onion and garlic and cook until the meat mixture is no longer pink and the onion and garlic are softened.
Remove from heat and stir in spinach until wilted. Add seasoning and mix well. Cool 10 minutes.
Pour 3/4 cup tomato sauce into 9x13 dish lined with foil. Sprinkle 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese on top.
Fill shells with meat mixture and place in dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with cheeses. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until completely heated through.
